I RELY ON BREASTFEEDING TO STABILISE THE DISEASE (74)

74. FINAL PART 1

When Chu Ran woke up, it was not daybreak yet, and the cold stars were hanging on the gray-blue sky, bright and unsettled.

Chu Ran didn't expect that Gu Qianyu had brought so many people, and the neatly prepared team was like a long dragon coiling around the mountains. Gu Qianyu's arrogant figure stood in front of the horse, holding the rein in his hand, and his black pupils carried a calm smile. When he looked at Chu Ran, his eyebrows were full of cold smiles.

Gu Qianyu reached out to Chu Ran. Chu Ran didn't hesitate anymore, stretched out her hand and leaped on the horse with Gu Qianyu's strength. Gu Qianyu held her waist and whispered in her ear: "Be good, this king's horse is a bit fierce, don't irritate it."

Chu Ran understood what Gu Qianyu meant. She shared a horse with Gu Qianyu so even if Gu Qianyu was not there, she doesn't have the ability to let run with her.

Chu Ran nodded, and Gu Qianyu smiled in satisfaction, his eyes sharp: "Go."

The dragon-like team marched toward the mountain pass mightily. Chu Ran's heart became a little uneasy, and her hands gradually tightened.

"Afraid?" Gu Qianyu felt the anxiety of the person in his arms, and the corners of his lips smiled deeper, "What are you afraid of?"

Chu Ran's voice was extremely calm: "Nothing."

Gu Qianyu sneered, "As long as you behave, Ben Wang won't hurt you."

Chu Ran pursed her lips and did not reply.

When the procession reached the mountain pass, between the steep walls of the cliffs, they looked around and saw a darkness surrounding them, darkness as dark as the dark clouds in the sky, it seemed to have the power to overthrow the sun and the moon.

Gu Qianyu's eyes were astounded, and he tugged hard on the rein of the horse, and the horse neighed long and hard. Chu Ran was scared and grabbed the horse's back to stabilize her body.

The dark clouds and mists gradually dispersed. The purple robe on the person ahead of the group was warm and radiant, and the handsome eyebrows attracted all beings, like a jade inlaid in the heavens and the earth under the magical work, he eclipsed everything.

"He really came!" Gu Qianyu raised his eyebrows, his voice full of disdain.

Chu Ran believed that Gu Xian could protect himself, otherwise he would not appear here. She said coldly, "Gu Qianyu, you can't escape today."

"We'll see."

Gu Xian steered his horse forward immediately, not far away from Gu Qianyu. His eyes were fixed on Chu Ran's body. She was still fine, but the arm around her waist was really an eyesore.

Gu Xian didn't want to talk nonsense with Gu Qianyu. He hadn't seen Chu Ran for many days, and he didn't want to last a second longer in such a torturous moment. He slowly raised his finger to Gu Qianmu.

Gu Qianyu squinted slightly, watching Gu Xian's every move vigilantly.

Gu Xian held the reins of his horse, his eyes deep. He frowned in anger and said calmly: "Gu Qianyu! You're still not giving up without a fight! The emperor said that if you resist, you will be punished on the spot, and you won't be tolerated!"

Gu Qianyu's guards gradually inched closer to his side, and then slowly unsheathed their swords to protect Gu Qianyu. Gu Qianyu's horse kicked a few steps, and he stabilized it.

Gu Qianyu sneered, turned Chu Ran's face to let her look at him, and said in a low voice: "It seems that he may not be here for you."

The smile in his eyes intensified and when he looked at Gu Xian, he was full of sarcasm. Gu Xian's fingers holding the horse rein tightened suddenly, and the joints turned white.

Gu Qianyu sighed and laughed. He had fought with Gu Xian all his life, and now that they have arrived at this point, no one should think about ending well.

Gu Qianyu quickly turned around and ran up the mountain. His subordinates and others quickly followed the situation.

Gu Xian knew that he would not be so easily captured. He waved his hand to signal his men, pulled the horse's reins fiercely, and pursued him closely. A small group of elite soldiers led by Sun Shangcheng also followed behind closely.

Gu Qianyu drove his horse through the forest, and said to Chu Ran with a sneer: "Chu Ran, remember what Ben Wang said to you in the other courtyard?"

Chu Ran did not answer, and she could not even look back to check the situation at this moment. There were dense forests ahead. Her heart became more and more uneasy. She struggled a few times, but her body was shackled tightly by him. She was unable to move at all.

"Ben Wang said that no one in this world was willing to die with me. If you could die with me, it would be a good thing for me." Gu Qianyu's voice was extremely gloomy, with a very cruel smile that makes people shudder.

Gu Xian quickly caught up with the group of men left behind by Gu Qianyu to block them, but he had no intention of tangling with those guards, and after blocking a few moves, he instantly cut a path and ran after Gu Qianyu as fast as he could.

Chu Ran was overwhelmed by the gust of wind, seeing the terrain getting higher and higher, and the dense forest full of the vast sky, she knew that there was something wrong, and she could not sit still and wait for her fate.

She took a deep breath, and when Gu Qianyu turned the corner, she quickly drew out the sword Gu Qianyu hung around his waist. She unsheathed the sword with an ear piercing screech, and she struck Gu Qianyu's arm with lightning speed.

Gu Qianyu endured the pain. He quickly squeezed her wrist, took the sword and put it on her neck, and said angrily: "If you don't want to die, don't move!"

Chu Ran endured the sharp pain on her wrist, ignoring the sword on her neck, her gaze flickered, she quickly pulled out the golden hairpin on her head, and put all her strength and stabbed the back of Gu Qianyu's hand that was holding the sword. Gu Qianyu grunted in pain and loosened his hand before the sword fell into Chu Ran's hand again.

"Stop for me!" Chu Ran roared, she gritted her teeth and swung her sword at the horse's neck.

The horse neighed in pain and fell to the ground. Gu Qianyu and Chu Ran rolled off the horse together.

Her back hurt so much that she didn't even have the strength to stand up now.

Gu Qianyu's eyes seemed to have a fire burning in it. He no longer had the calmness he had before. Seeing the blood on the ground, he was overwhelmed with anger towards Chu Ran. He walked over, pinched her neck, and asked angrily: "Even if you die, you don't want to die with me?"

Chu Ran's eyes were already blurred, and when she heard Gu Qianyu's words, she didn't even open her eyes and said with a soft smile, "Gu Qianyu, you've lost."

"Let her go!" This voice engulfed with anger was so cold that the world seemed to freezing. Gu Xian leaped off his horse, pointing the sword in his hand at Gu Qianyu.

Gu Qianyu pulled Chu Ran up from the ground, then stood in front of him, looking at Gu Xian's eyes full of madness: "Gu Xian, I haven't lost yet."

"Let her go." Gu Xian repeated coldly.

The pain on Chu Ran's back was so severe that even standing up was now extremely exhausting for her. But when she heard Gu Qianyu whisper something, her heart suddenly trembled. Looking at the sword blade exposed behind Gu Xian, she shouted like mad, "Behind you!"

Like a lightning flash, Gu Xian flashed sideways, the sharp blade of the sword cut through his sleeves, and he dodged out of Gu Qianyu's dark guard. The dark guard stood in front of Gu Qianyu and said: "Master, go!"

Gu Qianyu did not escape, but he dragged Chu Ran to the edge of the cliff.

The dark guard was not Gu Xian's opponent. With cold eyes, he raised his sword and slashed sharply like an executioner. The murderous aura that had been hidden for many years spread out all over the dark guard, and he felt as if he had fallen into a bottomless abyss.

Chu Ran struggled, with fine beads of sweat soaking on her forehead, she called in a muffled voice, "Gu Xian..."

"Ran Ran!"

Gu Qianyu took Chu Ran and jumped off the cliff.
