193. EXPLANATION
Dr. K looked at Chu Youning in silence. It was good that she was willing to cooperate, but... not being able to keep her by his side all the time for study made Dr. K a little dissatisfied.
Chu Youning's eyes flashed slightly, "I brought someone back from the ZhanLei Base this time, and he discovered the technique to snatch other people's abilities."
"Oh?" Dr. K finally loosened up.

The library was as high as two floors, with huge wall like bookcases from the floor to the ceiling, densely packed with a lot of books from all over the world.
"Why do you want to make it like this?" Wei Zixin asked in confusion, looking at the bookcases that had divided the library into small spaces like a maze.
Chu Youning smiled faintly, "Because I don't believe in the Internet!"

Losos: Hi, how have you guys been? Hope everyone is great and all. Just wanted to let you guys know that I will update till ch.200 today.(which is all of my stock really.) I will update with a few minutes gap... for reasons that I can't disclose. Anyways, stick around you guys, I will update for sure.
